Making A Payment

We accept the following payment methods :

           

Offline Form :

Used for creditcards in which you can complete an online form and process your order.  When this is received your card details will be processed using a virtual payment terminal via PayPal.

Upon successful transaction of funds, the support team will email you confirming that the process completed successfully and that your order has been despatched using the shipping method you selected.

An Online Form :

We employ the secure transaction services of PayPal in which you are not required to hold a user account.  Read more here about how PayPal works and how millions enjoy the services.

Purchase Order :

If you decide to decline any of the above payment methods and prefer to pay for your order the old fashioned way i.e. purchase order form - that is not a problem at all.  We recognise that not everyone feels comfortable making payments across the Internet which is why we also provide a purchase order from.

You can download the document in a snap and print it off whilst you still have your basket on screen. Then simply complete the form as required, add your payment and pop it in the post...Easy as that!

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) :

You can also make a "Bank to bank" transfer by making a payment direct into our UK bank account :

Once the payment has been received, you will receive a message from the team that your order has been despatched using the shipping method of your choice.

Telephone Orders :

Alternatively, we are also able to take credit card payments via the telephone. 

When such an instruction is received your card details will be processed using a payment terminal via PayPal. If you have any questions with regard this method, feel free post a message to the support team who will be happy to assist you.

Personal Cheques :

We will accept personal/company cheques and bankers draft cheques as other payment methods.

Should you wish to use these methods simply use the support desk to post your message.  We will then make arrangements for you as required.

Please Note : Due to the nature of our secure payment system, your credit card is authorised at the point of sale in which it will be billed within 5 days of authorisation.

Shipment of Goods :

Goods are not shipped until full payment has been received and confirmed.
