Making A Purchase :

Delivery of Service :

We currently accept payments for deliveries to United Kingdom customers ONLY.

Contractual Rights :

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.  We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.  We have included this term to protect us in the event we have made any mistake in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping & Handling :

All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing protective bag or box, with no indication as to the contents; or reference to LoveLace Lingerie Limited.

However, we also offer a gift wrapping service which is available at the point of purchase which supersedes the point made earlier unless you stipulate that you still want and in addition, the aforementioned delivery discretion.

All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of an incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.

Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery, however caused.

Damaged in Transit - Claim Time Limits :

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods.

Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified via our support desk no later than 48 hours after delivery.  It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.

Shortage :

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note.

If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped.  Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note in which you must contact and notify us within 24 hours.

Incorrect Goods :

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery.  If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items.  It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

We will not exchange or make a refund for any suspected 'Used' garments.

Non Deliveries :

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.  We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery, outside the stated timescales.  Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timescale.

Delivery Schedule :

We carry considerable stock of most merchandise and subject to availability, we seek to despatch all orders within 72 hours by Royal Mail for delivery within 3-4 days.

Back Orders :

In the event that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to get your goods to you within a few days or up to 28 days.  We do indicate on all displays stock levels of that particularly product within our online shop, but at times their maybe an overlap.

This is a very rare occurrence, but should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering.

Credit Card Security :

When the order is placed at our website, ONLY PayPal as a secure (https) processor take your credit card details.  They are not held by LoveLace Lingerie Limited in any way.

You will receive an electronic receipt upon payment from PayPal and an invoice confirming your payment from us.

Guarantee :

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided that you return them as they were received.
