We want you to be happy and satisfied when you buy your products from Love Lace Lingerie Limited which is why we offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund!

How It Works :

You will no doubt appreciate that due to the nature of our service and products, we are required to observe Stand Operation Procedures (SOP) when involving health and safety issues such as selling products to members of the public.

With this in mind, we have a simple and straight forward seven (7) day return policy - which means that we must receive your returned item within seven (7) days of the order/shipping date.

Items Returned Under The Seven (7) Day Returns Guarantee :

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase up to seven (7) days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have ordered (example: product does not fit), we will exchange the purchased products for a different size or style or credit your account with us to be used toward your next purchase. If an exchange is not available i.e. not currently in stock, we will issue you a refund for the products you purchased (shipping charges are not refundable.)  An administration fee of £3.50 will apply.

Product Condition :

Return the item to us in new condition - unworn, unwashed, original condition, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached and intact so that it is received in our office within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

Please ensure that you also include an explanation/reason detailing the reason for return.

Use the enclosed exchange form provided with the product - just fill it out and send it all back to us.  It is very important to fill out the exchange form as without it, we won't be able to process your exchange quickly.

Return Shipping :

We recommend that you insure the package and keep the receipt just to be sure that it gets to us in the condition that you sent it. We will not responsible for lost or stolen items whilst in transit to us; hence no refund will apply.

Cleaning & Maintenance :

Important :

Please read and follow the cleaning instructions on the garment's tag. Once the tag has been removed or an item is washed, it may not be returned.

Improper washing and or drying (for example machine washing garments that should be hand washed only) may seriously damage your new clothing.

Trying Products :

When receiving your lingerie, please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this instruction has not been observed.

None Returnable Items :

For hygiene reasons Body Stockings, Stockings & Tights are excluded from our general returns policy.

Your Statutory Rights :

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Fees & Charges :

All return items shipped via our free of charge carriage, will be subject to a £3.50 handling charge.
