Love Lace Lingerie will beat any comparable* online retailer's list price.  If you find the list price for an identical item lower than the price at Love Lace Lingerie, we will refund you 100% of the price difference.  This price guarantee does not apply to sales, clearance items, dropship wholesalers, offshore lingerie sellers either on or offline or other promotional offers.

Comparable online retailers must provide their full business address, telephone number, email address, have pricing in UK Sterling, have the item in stock, ready to ship and be located within the UK.

Please Note : Many websites that compete on price do not carry stock inventory (they drop ship from a wholesaler) and therefore must rely on the wholesaler to fill your order.  This means that the third party (wholesalers) are given your contact and postal details!

To receive a refund, provide the following within 30 days of purchase :

* your name, address, telephone number, email address, and order number

Love Lace Lingerie will confirm the lower price by visiting the URL link provided, in which we will calculate the list price difference and credit your account with the price difference.
