1. Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order.  A keyword search box is located on every page of our lingerie shop.  You will also find links that allow you to browse by category in the top navigation bar.  You can also narrow by collection, brand, size, colour and search for a specific price item to keep within your budget!

When you find an item that interests you, click the 'Zoom' button beneath it which will 'popup' for a closer look at that item.  In addition, you can also select more product detail to see the  product in greater and its associated detail.

To ensure a perfect and comfortable fit every time, please refer to our easy-to-use understand and use size chart.  Featuring measurements in inches, you may determine the perfect size for you.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from Love Lace Lingerie, click the 'Add to Cart' button on the item's product detail page.  Once you've added an item to your shopping basket a screen message at the top of the page will confirm that your selection has been added.  Continue shopping or browsing until your shopping basket contains all of the items you want to order.

You can access the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking the 'View Cart' button next to any item. You can see the item(s) you've placed in your shopping basket, as well as a brief description, the colour, a gift, size, price and the quantity.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping basket. You'll be able to update the quantities, colour and size of any item.  You can do this simply by selecting the options you'd like to change.  If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, check the 'Remove Items' button and select the item you wish to remove.

When you're ready to place an order, simply select 'Check Out' which will show you what you have in your basket.  Select 'Complete Order' where you will be taken to the orders section where you will be presented with three (3) payment options.

We are able to offer up to six (6) payment methods.

4. Review Billing and Shipping Address

Whilst you may be entering these details, we will never hold any financial details about you i.e. credit card information either on hard copy or electronically.  That's why we use PayPal as they have the means and the technology to perform this task for online shops like LoveLace Lingerie and 12 million others!  So rest assured, we have your safety in mind!

5. Payment Information

All payment information is held securely on PayPal servers for your security.

LoveLace Lingerie do not keep any personal or financial details of its customers.

6. Review and Submit Your Order

When submitting your order check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.  When you are ready, click the 'Verify' button to submit your order.  Once you place your order and you have in this instance, selected PayPal to accept your payment, both PayPal and LoveLace Lingerie we will send you a confirmation email response message.

Usually, within 60 minutes (Office Hours Apply), the orders team we will send you another message confirming that your order has been dispatched - We use Royal Mail.

We also provide you with a tracking code so you can track your order from dispatch to delivery.

7. Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, you must do so immediately using our customer support desk.  Once the shipment has gone it will be beyond our control but that's not to say it cannot be resolved.
