Our aim is to
despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation.
If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact
you within 24 hours. All time scales exclude weekends where orders are
normally despatched on the following Monday.

happens if I'm out when the courier attempted delivery ?

For orders despatched Royal Mail
If you order has been despatched by
Royal Mail, a "Sorry you were out" card should be left through
your letter box like the one to the right.
You can re-arrange a delivery by calling
the number on the card or online at :

Royal Mail will also deliver to your local post office for
a fee of 50p or you may wish to collect your goods in person
from the local sorting office. Don't forget to take the
card and especially ID with you.

a complementary gift box per order.
Our trained staff will carefully wrap all your purchases in delicate
tissue paper and then be placed inside our
customised delivery gift
box.
The gift box is placed inside a plain cardboard box with no LoveLace
Lingerie branding before despatch to ensure we do not spoil the surprise!
Remember, you can also personalise your gifts with a card!
When you order, you will be offered a free gift card (Per order over
£50) and have the option to send this with your package when you’have
checked out and are ready to give all your details for delivery.
Simply type your text in the box provided and we will write this for
you on the card, put it in an envelope and send it with your package!
